Rasam for cold
1. Green leaf - 2 or 3 leaf
2. Coriander seed(3 spoon)
3. Zeera (1/4 spoon)
4. Pepper – 10-15(need basis)
5. Garlic 2-3
6. Horse gram – 1 spoon
Make the above as paste using mixie.
In Kadai add 1 tea spoon of oil, add mustard leaf, Asafetida, curry leaf and red chili.
After that add paste with water(2-3 tumbler) to kadai. Add salt when boils.
Garnish with coriander leaf. When boils well, switch off stove.
